'I visited Grace due to having fairly serious back pain post childbirth. Each time I left feeling so much better - stress reduced, with much more comfort and flexibility in my back. She is brilliant at making you feel relaxed and at ease, and at understanding what you really need.'

About Me
Hello, I’m Grace, a Licensed Acupuncturist and Shiatsu Therapist with over eight years’ experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I support people experiencing stress-related symptoms, hormonal imbalances, chronic pain, and nervous system dysregulation. Many of the people I treat are struggling with issues such as burnout, painful or irregular cycles, perimenopause, chronic pain and tension, poor sleep, and symptoms that worsen during stressful or demanding periods of life.
I understand how frustrating it can feel when your symptoms begin affecting your energy, wellbeing, and quality of life. My aim is to provide treatments that help you feel calmer, more balanced, and more like yourself again.
Each treatment is tailored to you, using a holistic approach that considers your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Through careful diagnosis and personalised care, I support your body’s natural ability to regulate, recover, and heal.
'I came to see Grace for severe PMS and period pain, which I had been struggling with for years. After just one treatment, my symptoms were significantly reduced. My mood improved, I felt lighter and more energised, and more like myself again.'
— Lydia (PMS & Period Pain)
