'I came to see Grace for help with perimenopausal symptoms - including disturbed sleep and anxiety. I was a little nervous about needles, but Grace’s warm and welcoming manner put me at ease from the start. I left the session glowing and enjoyed the best sleep afterwards. I also feel a new sense of clarity and focus, which allows me to be more effective in my work & life in general.'

How acupuncture and shiatsu can support women's health

For centuries, Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques have been employed to support women’s health by helping to balance hormones, regulate cycles, and improve circulation to the reproductive organs. In my clinic, I offer acupuncture and shiatsu—either individually or in combination—to address a wide range of pre-menstrual, menstrual, and menopausal issues. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, with the goal of restoring balance and enhancing overall wellbeing.

'I came to see Grace after having my first baby. My hormones were totally out of whack, and I was having trouble coping with symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings and unexplained exhaustion. From the first treatment I felt better than I had done in months, and my periods returned at 6 months postpartum, which reassured me my body was getting back into its natural rhythm.'
